Terms: We accept Master Card and Visa. We do not ship COD. All amounts are in
US Dollars. Your credit card will not be billed until your order is shipped.
Credit Card Security: Ordering from TMAC online is safe and secure. Once you click
"Check Out", you are on a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced
encryption technology. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted
to us. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the
information you send us via the secure server.
Ordering: Orders will usually be shipped within 2 business days. Ordering from TMAC is
simple and convenient. Take your time and browse through our online store.
After selecting your product, click on "Add to Basket" to place the product in your shopping
basket. Continue shopping and repeat the above process for all the products you wish to
purchase. When you are finished shopping click "Basket Contents". This screen will show
the items you have selected. At this point you can increase or decrease the quantity of
each item selected or remove unwanted items. Once everything is how you want it, proceed
to "Check Out". Here you will enter your name, address, shipping address if different from billing,
email address and credit card information. Please provide accurate address information
including suite number or apartment number. For P.O. Boxes, be sure to select USPS for shipment as
UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. There is a $3.00 handling fee per order from TMAC included in the
shipping charges to cover the cost of packing materials.
Sales Tax: TMAC is required by Florida State Law to collect a 6% sales tax on items shipped
within Florida.
Backorders & Out of Stock: If you order a product that is currently out of stock you will
receive an email to let you know about it. As close as possible we will give you an in stock
date and request a confirmation for back-order, exchange or cancel instructions.
Return Policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased
or received as a gift, please call us at 1-866-623-2831 or, E-mail Us
within 14 days as to the nature of the problem. We guarantee all of our products and want you to be happy with TMAC.
Upon receiving your claim, we will either replace the product or refund your money. Unfortunately shipping
and handling charges cannot be refunded.
Privacy: TMAC is extremely serious about protecting your privacy. We will never rent, loan,
sell, trade or give away your personal information to anyone. Any information collected
on our web site is solely for the purpose of making your shopping experience more enjoyable.
We use email addresses only to communicate with you regarding your order, or to send you our newsletter
if you choose to receive it. You have the option of logging onto our web site using your chosen user
name and password. Your name and shipping information will be stored in our database. Your credit card
information will have to be resubmitted each time you want to place an order.
